A CANMAT-CDRIN Collaboration to Enhance Patient Care, Research and Knowledge Translation
The Ontario Depression Network (ODN) will bring together the Canadian Depression Research and Intervention Network (CDRIN) and the Canadian Network for Mood and Anxiety Treatments (CANMAT) with complimentary objectives and expertise.
ODN will consist of the University of Toronto (‘hub’) as a centre with ‘spoke’ sites across Ontario (Barrie, Kingston, Guelph, Hamilton and Peterborough) which will all participate in strategic initiatives.
This collaboration draws on CANMAT’s experience in clinical research, patient care, knowledge transfer (KT) and bio-marker development and contributions of CDRIN in basic neuroscience, the lived-experience perspective, educational training and government relations.
